We find out and design improvements and extensions to current products and new services such as full-cycle applications, web applications, mobile applications, and custom software.
We cover the whole process with our scrum team. We build this team from the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Service Designer, and Team Experts. On the partner side, only the stakeholder/business owner is sufficient. Our Product Owner is between the Partner and our Scrum Team.
