Identity Management System (IDM)

Challenge:

Manually managing employee accounts across 12+ disjointed systems (HR, networking, domain services) caused inefficiencies and security risks.

Service-Specific Logic:

Custom modules for different storage systems (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, S3, Elasticsearch).

Solution:

Built a centralized Identity Management System (IDM) with:

Role-based account templates (auto-provisioning for new hires).
Unified dashboard for cross-system access visibility.
Secure API integrations with external platforms.

Migrated legacy Network Management System (NMS) data into IDM, retiring the PHP/Yii monolith.

Results:

✅ Faster onboarding for new employees.
✅ Single source of truth for access control.
✅ Eliminated manual errors in account provisioning.

Flashshare (Automated Social Media Graphics)

Challenge:

Marketing teams spent hours manually creating visuals for real-time sports results.

Solution:

Developed Flashshare, a React/Next.js app that:
Pulls live data from Livesport’s API.
Generates branded social media images automatically.
Includes a public portal (flashsha.re) for approved users.

Results:

✅ 500+ graphics generated weekly with zero manual effort.

Deployer (CI/CD Orchestration Tool)

Challenge:

The legacy CoffeeScript deployment tool was brittle and poorly documented.

Solution:

Rewrote from scratch in modern JavaScript/Node.js.
Integrated with Kubernetes/Helm for scalable deployments.
