Systems that plan your terminal, your hydrogen and your power
We build software that decides which ship goes where, how cranes and yard space are used, how hydrogen gets to trucks and ships, and when the port buys and uses power. Your planners see the plan and the reasons for it, and they can always change it.
What the systems decide
-
Berths
Which ship gets which berth and when, so ships wait less and the quay is used fully.
-
Cranes
How many cranes each ship gets and in what order they work, so ships leave on time.
-
Yard
Where each container goes in the yard, so it leaves with fewer moves.
-
Hydrogen refuelling
Where, when and how big to build refuelling stations while nobody knows how fast trucks and ships will switch.
-
Bunkering and supply
How to supply ships and stations with hydrogen, and how to route tube trailers so none run half empty.
-
Port energy
How to plan the port's power use, from cranes to shore power, against prices and grid limits.
What we have built
Hydrogen at the port
For the RH2EDIN 2026 port challenge we built models that place and size refuelling stations, route tube trailers, choose where to put gas sensors and spot a slow leak early.
Logistics we built
We built the back-office system that runs Alza's business, including its logistics and warehouses, used by thousands of employees every day.
Plants next door
Many e-fuels plants sit next to a port. Our models for e-SAF, e-methanol and hydrogen plants are on the e-fuels page.
e-Fuels and hydrogen plantsHow it starts
Talk to Jiri or Ivo about the part of the port that costs you most. Many clients go straight to building. If you want the numbers first, we run a short audit on your own data. What you show us stays confidential.
Tell us where your port loses time or money
Jiri or Ivo will reply and tell you what a better plan could be worth. Talking to us costs nothing.
