What does operations research add?
It is the maths of planning. It works out who should take which job, in what order the work should run, and what to order and when. The system suggests the answer and your people can change it.
Can it use AI?
Yes. The system can use a language model to pull details out of emails and documents, and it keeps working if you switch the model off.
