The team
The people you will deal with
Flexiana is about 50 people in roughly 20 countries, ten years in. The person who scopes your problem on the first call is the one who proves it and builds it, and there is no junior layer for it to be handed down to. Several of us research and publish under our own names. We would rather you judged us on the work listed below than on the photographs.
You will count 12 faces against that fifty. This is a selection: the people you are most likely to meet early. A further 22 colleagues are named in the engineering archive under their own bylines, which makes 34 named people across this site, and the rest are engineers working inside client teams. That is where we would rather they were.

If this is how you like to work
We look for senior people who can carry a problem from decision to production without being managed through it, and who are comfortable publishing what they find, including when what they found was that they were wrong.
Start with the decision
Bring us a hard problem
Describe a repeated decision, an operational constraint or a product problem, and one of the people above will take a look.
